I’ve asked my friend and long time collaborator Casey Stratton to go through my flickr stream and pick out his favorite photo. This is part of a weekly theme for my blog. I felt Casey needed to be the first up to bat as he has always thought of me and my photography, even before I thought I was capable of doing photography professional. We have grown together in so many ways over the past few years and I’m honored to work with him.
Casey wrote: “My good friend and collaborator Terry Johnston asked me to choose a photo of his to comment on. I could never pick a favorite, but I love this one. There is a sense of longing, melancholy…a dialogue. I feel a giving over of the past to the future in this photo as well. The composition is perfection. Terry is an amazing talent and I am proud to work with him.”
